I visited my family on Wilneff Island in Nova Scotia, and was inspired to draw Morgan and Keltie (+7 years): And on the plane home I thought about longing for the sea and ending up drawing Sam and Frodo, post-Quest: And then I read this chapter of my own fanfic
These are all lovely!! Your comic works and fanfiction are amazing. On that note I feel obligated to tell you that I was at a convention with Elijah Wood/Sean Astin this weekend, and in response to the question "Are Frodo and Sam in love?" Sean responded "Oh, 100%! Don't tell Rosie"
"I wanted to feel emotions" how dare you make me feel emotions too ?
Love love love your drawings, I've always loved how you draw Sam & Frodo*, and seeing Morgan and Keltie is just perfect <3
*(btw, this might be weird, but your Hobbit art actually helped me with self-confidence / self-love. I'm a girl and I stopped shaving my legs years ago (because I don't have time for that (and I didn't want to shave just because society told me to do so)), but I still struggled sometimes with seeing my legs (even if rationnally I knew it was just social norms). But then I started to follow you on Twitter and you posted so many Hobbit art!!! And I realised: if my legs are hairy, then I can just pretend I'm a Hobbit - and isn't a Hobbit the best thing anyone can be???
Maybe I already commented this on a previous post, I can't remember - anyways, thank you for helping me accept myself <3)
Woo! We love Morgan and Keltie! The art/framing was so fluid in that book I felt like I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough, like I was watching an animation!
Lol also I feel another LotR phase coming on; you keep hitting us with the content and my dads been rewatching the movies lately so there’s just been ambient hobbit vibes courtesy of Howard Shore
Seeing Morgan and Keltie seven years older makes me go AAAAAAAA
(I cried several times while reading The Girl from the Sea, thank you so much for, for all of it)

These are great! LOVE the sketches of older Morgan and Keltie, and your LotR fanfic is gold
I'm noticing a running theme of dark-haired gay and light-haired gay.
Love this!! ☺️
SUPER EXCITED FOR THE NONA DOODLES; I ONLY JUST GOT GIDEON YESTERDAY FOR MY BIRTHDAY SO I MUST AVOID FOR THE TIME BEING BUT I’LL BE BACK
I’m making a pumpkin pie because of these hobbits
