(Also I am going to print out that panel of great advice about how to keep a discussion on track and stick it up somewhere I can see it all the time. Truly great advice.) And yay to not letting the usual reactivity patterns grab you! And double yay for muscles!

As someone with a Problematic Puppy, might I suggest a baby gate for your bedroom? If we didn't have our, Sadie would be allllll over the house doing who even knows what kind of chaos and/or damage.
