sketchbook: the stockbrokers clerk
good lord it’s almost August. I will be tabling at FLAMECON, August 17+18 in NYC, with all my published books as well as copies of the first volume of Watson’s Sketchbook and my Ignatz-award winning minicomic, HOW THE BEST HUNTER IN THE VILLAGE MET HER DEATH.
anyway I find the “tinge of bitterness” line to be one of the core components of Holmes’ character, exemplifying his struggle with the desire to be praised and acknowledged vs excruciating ordeal of being known etc etc
do you ever plan to make copies of Watson’s Sketchbook available to buy online? i would really love to add these to my comics shelf someday!!
also, “(was literally scrapbooking about their old cases last night)” made me giggle.
